This site is a single-page early-access placeholder. We have built it to be as data-minimal as possible: no analytics, no cookies, no third-party trackers, no marketing pixels. This page describes the limited data that nonetheless touches our servers when you visit.

2. Data we process
When you visit this site
Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA) automatically logs technical request data when you access the site:
- IP address
- Date and time of request
- Page requested
- HTTP status code and bytes transferred
- Referrer URL (if your browser sends one)
- User-Agent string
This is the standard technical data any web server processes. We do not add any analytics, tracking pixels, or cookies on top.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.
Retention: per Vercel's standard log retention. We do not aggregate, analyze, or otherwise use these logs unless required to investigate abuse or a security incident.
International transfer: Vercel is headquartered in the USA. Where logs are processed in the US, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Vercel's Data Processing Agreement.
When you email us
If you contact us at hello@zaubernetz.com, we process your email address and the content of your message to respond. We do not add the address to a marketing list.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures, where applicable) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in answering inquiries).
Retention: until your inquiry is resolved, plus any statutory retention periods that apply.
3. Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Not for analytics, not for sessions, not for preferences. Your browser may receive standard HTTP caching headers, but no client-side state is set.
4. No automated decision-making
We do not perform any automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
